What’s included in the 21-Day Challenge?
It starts with your Strategy Session. This is our chance to get to know you and personalise your sessions by understanding your abilities and goals.
You’ll get access to as many Personal Training sessions as you need each week – they run on the hour, every hour in all our gyms
You can also join any of our Fitness Classes – they’re held at fixed times every week.
How do I get started?
What if I’m a complete beginner?
No problem. The 21-Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
We get to know your ability level and your goals in the Strategy Session, so every training session will be tailored to you.
You’ll have coach support at all times so you go at the right pace for you – and build confidence as you progress.
How long are the sessions?
Our Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes, and our Fitness Classes are 45 minutes.
What if I miss a few days?
No worries. People rarely have a straight 21-day stretch where nothing gets in the way. If you miss some days, we’ll work with you to make sure you can still get the most out of your experience.
What if I have an existing injury?
We’ve got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We’ll discuss all this in your Strategy Session, carefully plan your training around any restrictions, and set you on the path to full mobility and strength.
What facilities are available?
Our gyms have modern changing rooms with showers, lockers and towels.
We have a chill-out area serving hot and soft drinks and snacks for your post workout needs.
There are two gym rooms, for functional training, personal training and fitness classes. We also have a
treatment room, sauna and a fully equipped recovery lounge.
What happens after my 21-Day Challenge?
If you’ve loved your 21-Day Challenge, you can easily transition to full membership.
Please contact our sales team to find out how you can transition to one of our membership plans and continue
your WiseFitt journey with us.
All members also have access to coaching, SGPT classes and unlimited access to our Fitness Classes as well as
our recovery lounge and sauna.
Memberships work on a monthly rolling basis and are subject to a 60-day notice period.
If you decide WiseFitt isn’t for you after your 21-Day Challenge, there’s no commitment to stay a day longer.
