Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are entered into by and between WiseFitt Limited (hereinafter:
“WiseFitt”) and You (hereinafter: “the Member”).
Services
The membership entitles the usage of WiseFitt’s facilities and the equipment & services available therein. The membership gives access to WiseFitt Site located at 132 Wandsworth Bridge Road, SW6 2UL. London.
Membership
Membership is personal and cannot be shared. Every Adult member shall be at least 16 years of age and proof of age may be required at the discretion of the proprietors. WiseFitt Limited reserves the right to provide membership options for minors to use selected facilities at select times. These memberships require the minor to be accompanied at all times by an adult family member who remains in full responsibility at all times for the minor.
Health
The Member confirms that he/she does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise.
WiseFitt shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at WiseFitt, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a program and not for diagnostic purposes.
Liability
Each Member of WiseFitt shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the Member on the WiseFitt premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.
Waiver of Liability
Any and all use of the WiseFitt facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilize any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage. WiseFitt shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.
Lockers for Belongings
Lockers are available for Members while working out in the facility. Each Member must empty the locker when leaving the facility. WiseFitt will open and empty lockers if the Member is not in the facility.
Lost Property / Theft
WiseFitt does not take responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on The WiseFitt premises will be kept for a period of four weeks before being disposed of.
Code of Conduct
Members must adhere to WiseFitt’s code of conduct at all times. Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership at management’s discretion.
Suspension/Termination Of Membership
If the Member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.
Access and Security
WiseFitt is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 until 21:00, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, when times may vary. Classes are available according to times stated in WiseFitt’s booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change with no prior notice.
Membership Fees
The Member is responsible for the payment of the membership. This is true even if the amount is debited directly by WiseFitt Ltd. Agreed price only applies if the Member pays according to the agreed conditions.
If the payment is late the member will receive a reminder email from WiseFitt Ltd and access may be suspended. The membership continues to run even if the access is suspended.
If after 30 days the amount is still not paid the Member is in violation of the contract and the total outstanding amount of the contract will be due. WiseFitt Ltd may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will add additional fees.
Membership Tier
Memberships can be upgraded at any time. However should a downgrade be required, 10 working days’ notice is required before the next payment is due. If cancellation notice has been given, membership downgrades are unable to be authorized.

Renewal and Cancellation
21-Day Challenge – The 21-Day Challenge is a standalone product with a one-off fee. There is no ongoing commitment to the WiseFitt once the Challenge is completed. If the Challenger decides to sign up for an ongoing membership, the Membership Ts and Cs will become active.
Monthly Rolling Membership – Standard memberships operate on a monthly rolling basis, renewing automatically each month unless cancelled. A 60-day notice period is required for cancellation, and access to WiseFitt facilities will continue until the end of the final billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@wisefitt.com.
New members will have a 14-day cooling– off period from the date of joining, during which they may cancel their membership for a full refund.
Annual Membership – All membership categories within the annual membership scheme are for a minimum period of 12 months and offer exclusive benefits, including eligibility for promotional rates (e.g., Early Bird Discounts). After the initial minimum length of membership this membership can either be renewed for another minimum commitment period or default to a rolling contract until written notification is received giving a minimum of 2 full month notice to cancel.
The member shall pay the membership fee annually payable either in advance or by the credit terms agreed by the management in advance (irrespective of actual usage of the club or change in personal circumstances) and will be debited to the member’s bank or building society account monthly (or paid monthly by some other agreed financial arrangement) or paid annually in advance as specified.
Members on an annual plan will have 14 days from the start date to request a full refund if they choose to cancel. After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional cases, which WiseFitt will review on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of an annual membership before the completion of the 12-month term will not result in a pro-rata refund.
Should a member have Monthly Subscription including credit terms and be unable to use the facilities due to permanent relocation of residence over 15 miles away from their original residence a cancellation fee of 3 full months may be accepted at the discretion of the management. This is acceptable on production of a valid tenancy agreement, mortgage certificate or utility bill at the new address (in the members name) and only accepted if the membership fees are current and not in arrears. The 3 months notice will take effect on the date of acceptance of valid proof by the management and not before.
Should a member have a pre-paid Annual Subscription and be unable to use the facilities due to permanent relocation of residence over 15 miles away from their original residence there are no refunds available however WiseFitt will authorise a free transfer of any remaining months to a nominated third party who is not an existing member of WiseFitt. A free transfer is upon acceptance of valid proof of relocation and acceptance of the proposed third party to take over the remaining term of the membership.
Treatments – Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% (of their treatment price – subject to exception) to the credit card on file.
Exceptional Cancellation – It is also possible to cancel the membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Membership on Hold
All Memberships, can be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year. A non-refundable upfront fee of £25 per month will be charged for the duration of the hold period.
To initiate a membership hold, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the desired start date. Holds must be for full calendar months. Please note that while your membership is on hold, your direct debit payments will be paused. However, the hold fee must be paid upfront to activate the hold period.
All On Hold requests must be emailed to info@wisefitt.com. Should the request be accepted, payment of the On Hold fee will be required before the On Hold is actioned..
Price Changes
WiseFitt reserves the right to adjust membership prices annually, with a minimum of 30 days
notice to members before any price change takes effect.
Early Bird Discount
Members who join WiseFitt under an Early Bird Discount are entitled to a lifetime discounted rate, provided their membership remains continuous and uninterrupted.
The Early Bird Discount is exclusively available for annual membership plans. It does not apply to monthly rolling contracts or any other non-annual plans.
If a member cancels their membership, the Early Bird Discount will be permanently revoked, and any future rejoining will be subject to the standard membership rates available at that time.
Members joining the 21 Day Challenge Program during the Early Bird Discount Offering Period could extend the Early Bird Discount towards a new membership at the end of their 21 Days Challenge Program, provided their membership remains continues and uninterrupted.
WiseFitt reserves the right to verify eligibility for Early Bird Discounts and to modify or discontinue such promotional offers at its discretion.
Referral Scheme
We offer a free month’s membership for each person you refer to WISEFITT, the below applies.
Referral participants must sign up for an WISEFITT annual membership.
Referee must be an active WISEFITT member.
The referral form must be completed for the referral to be valid. Please email info@wisefitt.com if you need to obtain this.
If the referee gives notice and their free month for a referral falls within their notice period, this will be voided and added onto the end of their notice period (i.e., if the free month is April, but their notice period is March and April, they will be charged for these two months and receive May as a free month).
If the referral signs up to an WISEFITT membership but gives notice to terminate the membership before the referee is honored their free month, this will be void.
Changes to Terms
WiseFitt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with 30 days notice to
members. Continued use of facilities after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified
terms.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
