Small Group Personal Training
With no more than 5 people per session, our Small Group Personal Training combines the motivation of a small group with the structure and support of personalised coaching. Each member follows an individualised training programme, is supported by a designated coach, and benefits from ongoing accountability and data tracking to monitor progress over time. It’s a more focused, results-driven approach than a standard class, giving you expert guidance in a motivating environment, with better value than 1-to-1 Personal Training.

Head Coach
André is the coach people come to when their body is not moving the way it should. With over 20 years of experience, he has a real gift for helping people work through injuries, improve mobility, and rebuild strength with confidence. His mix of academic knowledge and hands-on coaching has influenced athletes, coaches, and the wider fitness industry in Brazil. These days, he helps men and women over 35 move better, feel stronger, and get results that actually last. He also makes a seriously good chimichurri.
Raheim
Coach
Raheim is all about good vibes, real connection, and helping people get out of their own way. He works with beginners, busy professionals, and anyone ready to build strength, improve fitness, and create lasting change. His coaching style is caring, mindset-focused, and getting underneath what really motivates you so the results actually stick. Before coaching, he competed in bodybuilding and jiu-jitsu, and also worked as an actor, experiences that shaped his discipline and understanding of training, nutrition, and mindset. Staying grounded is very much part of who he is and how he coaches.
Sann
Coach
Sann specialises in muscle building and strength training. As a competitive powerlifter, he has competed in multiple amateur events, winning gold medals and building a strong foundation in strength development, progressive overload, and performance-focused programming. A real social butterfly, Sann brings big energy to every workout. There’s never a dull moment when his classes are session!
